Pricing FAQ
- What counts as one invoice?
- One uploaded supplier invoice document — regardless of page count. A 12-page bill is one invoice; a single-page receipt is one invoice. Failed OCR attempts do not count against your quota.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
- Uploads are paused at the quota limit and the dashboard prompts you to upgrade or add a top-up. Already-extracted invoices remain accessible. Quotas reset on the first of each calendar month.
- Is invoice storage included?
- All plans include 2-year retention. Need 7-year retention to meet a tax-record statute? It's configurable per workspace on every paid plan at no extra cost.
- Annual billing or custom enterprise pricing?
- Annual billing comes with a 2-month discount. We tailor custom contracts for high-volume AP teams, multi-entity setups, and on-prem deployments — contact sales.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free plan gives every workspace 10 invoices, no time limit and no card required. You only upgrade when you hit the quota.
- Does the price include the ERP connector?
- JDE, Odoo, Dynamics 365 BC, and the generic REST connector are included on every paid plan. SAP and NetSuite are available on Pro and above.
